This service includes contact with your nurse via zoom or phone call, for questions or concerns. Please allow for 1 hour for a missed call. Please note that this does not replace calling 911 for any emergency. This service is for questions that either you or your caretaker may have to provide your normal care. Examples include walking you through the steps of a dressing change, explaining discharge instructions, suggestions to relieve discomfort, ect. If your nurse deems that your questions are of a nature that requires a physician’s guidance and/or out of the scope of what your surgeon has ordered, you will be referred accordingly.
